Coatings for Flexible Substrate

EFI Polymers offers water based urethanes and 100% solids polyureas for flexible substrates. These products are used for coating rubber, plastic and woven substrates and provide elongation and impact resistance that work well with flexible substrates.

These flexible coatings offer an optimal combination of elongation and tensile strength for applications demanding tough and durable coatings for exterior applications. Water resistance, good adhesion and abrasion resistance are all built into these products. Water based urethanes can be applied as one part paints or can be combined with cross linkers to improve performance. Our polyurea systems are two component systems cured with UV stable isocyanates for improved exterior performance.
